This document sets out the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the "GTC") applicable to the services offered by the travel agency LE THERAPIST, a company specializing in the design and marketing of tailor-made trips, wellness stays, retreats, and therapeutic experiences with a tourism focus.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of package tours and travel services offered by the LE THERAPIST agency, whether tailor-made trips, wellness retreats, experiential stays, or any other tourism-related service. - The detailed description of the service (quote, program, trip technical sheet);
- The general terms and conditions of third-party providers that may be included in the package.

- The main characteristics of the services offered (transport, accommodation, activities, etc.);
- The full contact details of the organizer;
- The total price including all taxes and payment terms;
- The cancellation and termination conditions of the contract;
- The insurance options offered and the administrative formalities required for the trip (visa, passport, vaccinations, etc.);
- The minimum number of participants required for the trip to proceed and the deadline for informing the Client in case of cancellation for this reason.
In accordance with Article L.211-9 of the Tourism Code, LE THERAPIST reserves the right to modify the pre-contractual information provided (prices, content of services, identity of carriers, schedules, accommodation conditions, itineraries, etc.), within the limits provided by law and until the contract is signed. LE THERAPIST designs, organizes, and offers tailor-made travel services, which may include accommodation, transport, wellness or cultural activities, retreats, as well as various guided experiences. Some services are provided by external partners or providers (airlines, accommodations, therapists, speakers, etc.). In this context, the general and specific terms and conditions of each third-party provider apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. LE THERAPIST designs, organizes, and offers tailor-made travel services, which may include accommodation, transport, wellness or cultural activities, retreats, as well as various guided experiences. - The total price including tax and the details of the payment schedule;
- The applicable cancellation, modification, and transfer conditions;

Upon receipt of the signed quote and deposit, LE THERAPIST sends the Client, on a durable medium, a booking confirmation which constitutes the final conclusion of the sales contract. From this validation, LE THERAPIST becomes the Client's sole point of contact and guarantees the proper execution of the reserved services, in compliance with the provisions of the Tourism Code, particularly Articles L.211-1 et seq.Upon receipt of the signed quote and deposit, LE THERAPIST sends the Client, on a durable medium, a booking confirmation which constitutes the final conclusion of the sales contract. From this validation, LE THERAPIST becomes the Client's sole point of contact and guarantees the proper execution of the reserved services, in compliance with the provisions of the Tourism Code, particularly Articles L.211-1 et seq.

At the time of booking, LE THERAPIST offers the Client the option to purchase optional insurance (cancellation, assistance, repatriation, luggage). This subscription, although optional, is strongly recommended given the cancellation policy described in Article 13 herein. The Client is free to purchase the insurance offered by LE THERAPIST or to provide proof of an equivalent existing policy, in accordance with Article L.112-10 of the Insurance Code.At the time of booking, LE THERAPIST offers the Client the option to purchase optional insurance (cancellation, assistance, repatriation, luggage). This subscription, although optional, is strongly recommended given the cancellation policy described in Article 13 herein. The Client is free to purchase the insurance offered by LE THERAPIST or to provide proof of an equivalent existing policy, in accordance with Article L.112-10 of the Insurance Code.

- Transfers or transportation (if applicable);
- Supervised activities;
- Mentioned meals;
- Booking fees;

- A 50% deposit of the total price is required upon confirmation of the booking, concurrently with the electronic signature of the quote;
- The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the trip or service.

Regardless of the chosen destination and countries visited, it is the Client's responsibility to ensure that each registered participant (including children and infants) has a biometric passport with an integrated chip and digital photo, valid according to the requirements of the destination country, as well as any other required documents (visa, ESTA authorization, family record book, authorization to leave the territory, etc.). These documents must be valid and comply with current requirements for entering and/or transiting through the visited countries.Regardless of the chosen destination and countries visited, it is the Client's responsibility to ensure that each registered participant (including children and infants) has a biometric passport with an integrated chip and digital photo, valid according to the requirements of the destination country, as well as any other required documents (visa, ESTA authorization, family record book, authorization to leave the territory, etc.). LE THERAPIST provides this information solely for French nationals residing in France. It is the responsibility of the Client and each participant to ensure that their administrative and health documents comply with the information provided by the organizer. LE THERAPIST cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for consequences arising from non-compliance with police, customs, or public health regulations. Unless expressly provided for in the contract, LE THERAPIST is not obliged to verify the validity or conformity of travel documents, even if these have been transmitted by the Client. The air transport conditions applicable to trips offered by LE THERAPIST are those defined by the airlines themselves, available on their websites or recalled at the time of ticket issuance. The communicated schedules are indicative as soon as they are available and may be modified, even after confirmation, at the airline's initiative. In the event of a change after registration, LE THERAPIST undertakes to inform the Client, as soon as it becomes aware of it before departure, of any change in the identity of the air carrier(s).In accordance with Articles R.211-15 et seq. of the Tourism Code, LE THERAPIST will inform the Client, upon registration, of the identity of the air carrier(s) known at that date, likely to operate the flights. In the event of a change after registration, LE THERAPIST undertakes to inform the Client, as soon as it becomes aware of it before departure, of any change in the identity of the air carrier(s).

In accordance with European Regulation No. 1107/2006, any passenger with a disability or reduced mobility must inform LE THERAPIST before booking, and no later than 8 days before departure.
